My puppy had a total hip replacement with Dr Andrews and from the moment we walked in the door, every single staff member was SO lovely, so welcoming, so accomodating and so caring. I had such an excellent experience with this veterinary clinic and would recommend it to absolutely everyone. My puppy was a little nervous and we were offered a quiet, safe space for her and the staff were so, so, so accomodating and genuine in their approaches. The team members are all so informative and all so knowledgeable to answer any of your questions and really treat your animal like their own. The hip replacement also went absolutely wonderfully and my puppy has now gotten the all clear for her walks again. Thank you SO SO SO much Dr Andrews and the staff at the clinic. You are all angels

Our 6 month old puppy was referred to Dr Andrew with a severe fracture in the growth plate of his tibia. Our pup has had 2 surgeries. I cannot speak more highly... From the moment we met the team they were understanding, compassionate and genuine. Our beautiful little boy spent 3 days in hospital and the team sent photos and messages letting us know how he was going. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone we spoke to was super helpful. Even for follow up appointments they were so helpful with late afternoon time schedules as we were travelling from 1.5-2 hours each way for visits. They were also super helpful with paying GapOnly with our pet insurance. Can’t thank Dr Andrew and the rest of the staff enough for all their care and assistance.”

Whilst we're over the moon to have a 24 hour vet hospital in the Shire, we're overly grateful for the fact that it's also staffed by the most wonderful people. Thank you to the team for looking after our Choppy. I was referred to Dr Andrew Levien by my local vet on the Central Coast. Dr Andrew made phone calls to me through the referral about Choppy's case and we discussed his airway procedure thoroughly before booking him in. Choppy was diagnosed with a Stage 3 laryngeal collapse and other specialist opinions were all strongly encouraging a permanent tracheotomy which was my last option for him as he had a leg amputation the year before and had already been through so much. Dr Andrew and his colleagues understood and were compassionate to our wants for Choppy and assured us that he would do everything he could to help. The teams' professionalism, dedication, pre-care, post-care, facilities and communication with me was exceptional at such a stressful time. They were absolutely fantastic in every aspect of his procedure and care. I couldn't be happier and Choppy is now home and doing well. I only wish they would open a practice on the Central Coast.
